Online Applications are invited from the graduate students (in the age group 18-45 yrs) belonging to minority communities (Christians, Muslims, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and Parsis) for free skill development training under the PM VIKAS Scheme, Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India.
Applicants are required to apply online through web link https://pm-vikas.iitp.ac.in/application/ and also attach the copy of their Aadhar card, Passport size photograph, copy of class ten certificate as age proof, copy of graduation certificate, Copy of Bank Passbook, EWS/ Minority community certificate.
Please note that 33% seats are reserved for girl students, and up to 15% are reserved for non-minority community candidates belonging to EWS category. Screening will be done for final shortlisting of candidates. Selected candidates will be provided (i) free training at IIT Patna on Artificial Intelligence Technocrat (ICE/ITS/Q0201) for a duration of one year, ii) Hostel facilities (wherever applicable), iii) Certification by SSC / Govt. of India iv) Post-placement support for 2 months for Rs. 4000/- to each successfully candidates and v) a monthly stipend of ₹1,000/- (through DBT mode) directly from the Ministry.
Note: If any PM Vikas scheme norms are revised by the funding ministry i.e. MoMA, Govt. of India, the same will also be implemented by IIT Patna.
